My name is Sue Putt. I am Mom to four grown children and Grandma to twelve great kids. My husband and I have been owned by five wonderful Newfoundlands. Our pack currently consists of three who live in our home with us.
I was "retired" from my job as a Business Systems Analyst when a larger pharmaceutical company merged with the company I worked for. Since then, I've worked sporadically as a consultant in the same field.
Fiber has always been an important creative outlet for me. I started sewing when I was nine years old and have continued that interest for my entire life.
In 2003 I embarked on another incredible journey with the addition of our first Newfoundland dog, Benson. As Benson grew, I quickly learned about drool! Just as I designed clothing for my dolls and kids, I worked on designing drool bibs for Benson.
Soon I was making drool bibs for many of Benson's friends. With encouragement from others, I started selling my newfie bibs on eBay and through word of mouth. As the quantity of bib orders increased, I saw a need to simplify the ordering process. I decided to create a website where pictures of my drool bibs can easily be seen. It's a great way to share pictures of my customers showing off their new bibs and another way to introduce some new ideas that I get from time to time.
